These terms apply when you download or play Arrow Puzzle (co.tomx.arrowout), published by Mustafa Onus. Installing the game means you accept them. If you do not, please delete the app.
What you get
A personal, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for as long as these terms are respected. The game is free of charge and contains no purchases of any kind.
What you may not do
You may not copy, sell, rent, or redistribute the game; reverse engineer or decompile it, except where that right cannot be excluded by law; remove or alter any notices in it; or use automated means to interfere with its normal operation.
Advertising
The game is supported by advertising. Ads are supplied by third parties and their content is outside the developer's control. Anything you do with an advertiser after tapping an ad is between you and that advertiser.
Availability
The game plays fully offline, so it does not depend on any server to work. Optional services behind it — statistics collection in particular — may change or stop at any time without notice, and the game will continue to function without them.
Progress is not guaranteed
Your progress is stored on your device only. There is no account and no cloud backup. Deleting the app, resetting the device, or switching phones loses it permanently. Please do not rely on it being recoverable.
No warranty
The game is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It is a puzzle game; it is not sold as fit for any particular purpose and it is not guaranteed to be free of defects or interruptions.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game, including lost data or lost progress. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the game. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the game must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Changes and termination
These terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page will change when they are. The licence ends automatically if you breach them, at which point you must delete the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.
