Arrow PuzzleDownload on the App Store

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 August 2026

This policy explains what Arrow Puzzle (co.tomx.arrowout) collects, why, and who it is shared with. It is written to match, line for line, the App Privacy declaration shown on the app's App Store page.

No account, no personal details

The game does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or date of birth. There is no sign-up and no login. On first launch the app creates a random identifier so your progress can be saved and so anonymous usage statistics can be grouped per device. That identifier is not connected to you as a person and cannot be used to contact you.

Rows marked tracking mean the data may be used to link you with data collected by other companies for advertising or measurement. Everything else stays within the game and its own analytics.

Advertising and your choice

The game is free and shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. Before any advertising identifier is read, iOS asks you whether the app may track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, ads still appear but are not personalised, and no advertising identifier is shared. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Google's own handling of that data is described in its partner policy.

Where the data goes

Gameplay statistics are sent to a server operated by the developer, not to a third-party analytics company. Advertising data is handled by Google AdMob as an independent controller. No data is sold, and none is shared with anyone else.

What stays on your device

Your level progress, hearts, sound and theme preferences are stored locally on your phone. Deleting the app removes them. They are not recoverable afterwards, because there is no account to restore from.

Children

The game is rated 13+ and is not directed at children. It is not part of the App Store Kids Category. If you believe a child has used the app and you would like the associated data removed, write to info@tomx.co and it will be deleted.

Your rights

You can ask what is stored for your device, ask for it to be deleted, or object to its use. Because there is no account, requests are handled by device identifier — email info@tomx.co and you will be told what identifier to include. Requests are answered within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
